Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

AR Review:

- Bob submit updated IQ presentation for review
  - Done

- Mike print 50 copies of IQ presentation for summit
  - Done

IBISCHK messages:

- Bob: Atul would like the latest spreadsheet.
- Mike: The latest spreadsheet with recent changes has been lost due to crashes.
  - There is a back that can be checked later.
- Bob: I would like the latest clean spreadsheet to send to Atul.
  - We can give him the option of using that or his own version.
- Mike: I will need a copy of whatever he uses, for reference.

AR: Mike send latest clean IBISCHK message spreadsheet to Bob

AR: Bob ask Atul to send whatever spreadsheet he uses as a basis for updates.

Open IBISCHK5 bugs:

- Bob: Atul is currently working on 147 and 148.
  - 149 needs to be sent to him.
  - Randy's bug 151 will be slipped in after the contracted work is done.
- Mike showed bug 151.
- Bob: This has negative resistances.
  - The square root of off-diagonal entries can't exceed that of the diagonal.
  - These are basic rules for passive networks.
  - We have no check for this.
- Mike: This could be an ERROR if the spec prohibits it.
  - We might file a BIRD if not.
